All orders placed on Atelierjeanphillip.com will be delivered by one of the following: TNT, Post Danmark, BRING or FedEx

- World Wide free Shipping On All Orders Over 300€ plus purchase

- Shipping Europe 19-30 EUR

- Shipping World Wide 25-50 EUR

All packages are insured and has a Track&Trace number. An e-mail containing the tracking number for your package will be given when a order is placed. 

 

Delivery 

ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP strives to offer the best and fastest service and dispatch goods on working days. Delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends nor holidays.
ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed in Customs.

Pricing policy 

Prices are shown in € (EURO). All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include delivery charges or payment fees. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expenses.
Tax-free shopping on Atelierjeanphillip.com is not available.
ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP reserves the right to change prices of the products. The price of the product will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.

 

Payment

We accept the following method: Stripe. The amount of your order will be charged from your card when placed.

 

Returns and Cancellation

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange, store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise's delivery date.

To return an order please contact; jeanp@jeanphillip.dk and await our return-scheme.

Return shipments are at own cost unless other is agreed.

 

1. Clients can choose between two compensation options;
   
   Size exchange
   Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.
   Free Return policy is limited to one exchange.

1. Refund
   Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
   For orders paid with Stripe, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 28 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
   Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order delivery date.

 

 

Return Terms and Conditions

• Labels and Tags must still be intact and attached to returned item(s). Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
• Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
• Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. 
• ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email. (For example, returns sent with a different courier than specified.) In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP will deduct a 30% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

 

 

Disclaimer

ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, you will be contacted by e-mail. We do our best to display correct images, info and prices, errors may occur.

 

Privacy policy

All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. All personal information at Atelierjeanphillip.com are encrypted for safety. Information will not be given to any third parties, unless security beach involves etc.  (i, ii, iii, iv)

ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP shall have the right; (i) to use the Data it receives from you as necessary to perform the Stripe Services; (ii) to collect and process the Data subject to applicable law to use internally for record keeping, internal reporting, analytics, fraud detection and support purposes; (iii) to compile and disclose Data in the aggregate where your individual or user Data is not identifiable, including calculating Merchant averages by region or industry; and (iv) to provide the Data as required by the Card Companies, the Acquiring Banks, law or court order, or to defend ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP and Stripe’s rights in a legal dispute.

If ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP believes that a security breach or compromise of Data has occurred, ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP may require you to have a third party auditor that is approved by ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP conduct a security audit of your systems and facilities and issue a report to be provided to Stripe, the Acquiring Banks and the Card Companies. In the event that you fail to initiate an audit within 10 Business Days of Stripe's request, ATELIER JEAN PHILLIP or Stripe may conduct or obtain such an audit at your own expense.

 

Measurements

All measurements are approximate and variance may occur. We have done our best but please have average sizing in mind and note that +/- 1-2cm on each measurement may occur.
